broken light bulbs malfunctioning radiator
The location is quite central, I must admit, everything is within easy reach.
The lack of staff present was a bit unsettling. I had to call to get into my room. Finding two out of three light bulbs broken in the room did not improve the situation. The radiator in the bathroom also failed to function properly, imagine that!

stained carpet broken lamp
Honestly, the room felt a bit neglected. There were stains on the carpet, a unpleasant sight. the window was hard to open, and it creaked loudly whenever the wind blew. It was REALLY annoying. the bedside lamp was broken.

the location was superb, very central. i could easily walk to major attractions (like the ashmolean!). the bed provided great comfort and i liked the available tea and coffee.

central location coffee access historic building
The location was unbeatable. I was steps away from everything (honestly, i could walk everywhere i wanted!). i had constant access to tea and coffee, and it was really simple to get refills when needed. the building itself had so much history, i reminded me of i was staying in a special place.
the sink in my room was quite small, it made washing my face a bit tricky.

central location short walk almond biscuits
i loved how central it was! everything i wanted to see was just a short walk away, so convenient. my room was the 'beautiful double room shower'. it felt bigger than i expected, and there were yummy almond biscuits waiting for me!

check-in was easy using a key box with a code. the staff was friendly! i was able to leave my luggage early so i could enjoy the day.
